This camp is for all athletes, boys and girls, at all levels of the game for ages 8-14.

Whether you play tackle or flag football, the technique taught are applicable to both games.
The host of the Legends Football camp is Seattle Seahawks legend Lofa Tatupu and includes instructors who are former NFL and college players.
Additionally, instructors from leading authority in tackling safety and performance, Atavus Football, will be there along with local performance center Vice Athletics.
